If you require technical support, please be ready to supply the following information:

- Software Version (usually in the top right of the screen)
- Configuration Information (screen dumps can be very useful to our support staff)
- Events immediately prior to the problem

Eloquence provide a one-year return to base warranty (parts and labour) on all our products.
